We are looking for a Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect to join our team and help us in creating beautiful, environmentally minded landscapes that inspire. We strive to bring our ecological approach to site design to a wide range of projects including residential, campus, institutional, and corporate landscapes.  In doing so, we believe we are creating special places that contribute to building natural habitat and strengthening our communities.

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

  • 2-5 years of professional experience as a landscape designer or landscape architect

  • A degree in landscape architecture or landscape design

  • Strong design sensibility and the ability to communicate ideas clearly through drawings, graphics, models, and presentations

  • Experience contributing to residential, institutional, and commercial projects from schematic design through design development, construction documentation, and implementation

  • Working knowledge of grading, drainage, construction detailing, materials, and site design

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including comfort working with clients, architects, contractors, and institutional stakeholders

  • Interest in hands-on design work, including sketching, field observation, construction administration, and planting design

  • Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative studio environment on a wide range of project types and scales

Experience in one or more of the following areas is especially helpful:

  • Institutional projects such as campuses, schools, cultural institutions, places of worship, or healthcare settings

  • Commercial projects such as corporate campuses, mixed-use, retail or hospitality

  • High-end residential design, including estates, private gardens, and terraces

  • Planting design and plant material selection

  • Hand rendering, digital rendering, or advanced visualization

  • Enscape, Lumion, Rhino or other 3D modeling and rendering platforms

  • Professional licensure or progress toward licensure

Position Details:

  • This is a full-time position based in our Ardmore, PA studio. Some travel to project sites may be required. Position is for immediate hire.
